Letter of Invitation to Submit Proposals

1. The [Housing Development Corporation Ltd] invites tenders from eligible bidders for the Design of 14 Storey Residential 1 Bedroom Apartment block and Execution, Completion and remedying of defects therein of the first 5 storeys of the building in Hulhumalé (hereinafter called the “Works” or “Project”) and the remedying of any defects therein.

1. The Contractor shall finance as per the terms mentioned in the ITB.

1. Eligible interested Tenderers may obtain further information about this Invitation of Tenders from, and inspect the tender documents at the office of [Housing Development Corporation Ltd, Ground Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumalé, and Republic of Maldives].

1. A complete set of the tender documents can be obtained by interested Tenderers upon submitting a written request to [email protected].

5. A pre-tender meeting for interested bidders will be held at 3rd Floor, Housing Development Corporation, Hulhumale’, Republic of Maldives on 16th October 2017 at 14:00 Hrs.
