Work Setting:

Science (Biochemistry, food science, food technology, laboratory technology, pharmacology, biomedical science)

Field:

Master’s Degree (Level 9) and Bachelor’s Degree (Level 7) in relevant field.

Educational Background:

Work with food and traditional medicine research project team leader

Develop research proposals relevant to the project

Design, execute and evaluate research project including literature reviews, research tools, data collection and analysis

Write research reports

Write journal articles for publication

Perform supervisory and training duties for novice researchers

Teach research-related skills to novice researchers

Set up a research laboratory and develop testing related to the project

Monitor the project budget

Assist with the dissemination of the results

Manage the project in all aspects under the supervision of the research team leader
