Invitation for Bids (hereinafter referred to as the “IFB”)
Amended Invitation for Bids (the “IFB”) for the Lease, Development, Operation and Management of a Tourist Resort
We make reference to the IFB announcement No: IFB No: (IUL)88-PS/88/2018/37
The ministry has decided to amend the following terms of this IFB , which shall be effective from the date of 9th September 2018.
1. Interested parties may obtain further information, inspect and purchase the Bidding Documents from 15th August 2018 up to the 12th September 2018, between 09:00hrs to 12:00hrs, at the following address:

2. Bids must be delivered before 13:00 hrs on Wednesday, 12th September 2018 to the address in IFB Clause 4 or any other venue that the Ministry may announce
3. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the event at 13:00 hrs on Wednesday, 12th September 2018 at the office of the Ministry or at any other venue that the Ministry may announce.
Please kindly note that, all terms in the Ministry’s IFB, otherwise as stated herein, shall remain valid. In addition, this amendment shall be read and construed, as an integral part of the Ministry’s IFB. As such, the effect of this amendment shall be only to override the terms of the Ministry’s IFB referred to above to the extent that they are inconsistent with the terms herein.
