Customer Success Manager

Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Education First, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to play a key role in a strategic teacher training program. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the delivery and management of EF solutions and learning programs for the MoE, with key goals to maintain customer satisfaction through account management and consulting skills.

We are looking for someone with business and service acumen, a results-driven mind-set, the ability to think strategically and analytically, and strong interpersonal skills.

Major Responsibilities

• Design, implement and report upon projects at MoE Maldives and other potential local governmental organizations to drive learning throughout the country
• Coordinate and drive implementation of large scale projects through coordination with regional EF and MoE Maldives teams
• Develop and maintain positive relationships at all levels, acting as service leader to ensure satisfaction

• Plan and deliver periodic account reviews to engage key stakeholders
• Deploy integrated communication and marketing plans to help launch initiatives throughout the country.

• Identify actions for continuous improvement of learning results
• Foresee and react to problems rapidly with creative solutions

• Professional proficiency in Maldivian and English is a requirement
• Candidate must have work permit in Republic of Maldives.

Contract Period – 2 years

Salary - negotiable
