PROVISION OF ISO9001:2008CERTICIFICATION FOR AERONAUTICAL METEOROLOGICAL SERVICE SECTION
Maldives Meteorological Service (MMS) is recognized and designated Meteorological Authority in matters related to Aeronautical Meteorology in the Maldives. To fulfill National, Regional and International obligations in aeronautical meteorology in accordance with ICAO Annex 3, we intend to establish and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) aimed at continuously improving weather services provided by MMS to specially Ibrahim Nasir International Airport and the aviation industry.
MMS is now seeking to complete ISO 9001:2008 Registration Services by 15th December 2016.

މޯލްޑިވްސް މީޓިއޮރޮލޮޖިކަލް ސާރވިސްއަކީ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ މޫސުމާބެހޭ އެންމެހައި ކަންކަން ބަލަހައްޓާ މައި އިދާރާއެވެ. މިގޮތުން ޤައުމީ އަދި ބައިނަލްއަޤްވާމީ ފެންވަރުގައި އަދާކުރަންޖެހޭ މަސްއޫލިޔަތުތައް ICAO އެނެކްސް 3 އާ އެއްގޮތްވާގޮތުގެ މަތިން އަދާކުރުމަށްޓަކައި ކްއެލިޓީ މެނޭޖްމަންޓް ސިސްޓަމެއް ގާއިމުކޮށް ބެލެހެއްޓުމަށް ވަނީ ހަމަޖެހިފައެވެ. މި ސިސްޓަމުގެ މައިގަނޑު ބޭނުމަކީ މި އިދާރާއިން ފޯރުކޮށްދޭ ޚިދުމަތްތައް، ޚާއްޞަކޮށް ވައިގެ ދަތުރުފަތުރުގެ އިންޑަސްޓްރީއަށް ފޯރުކޮށްދޭ ޚިދުމަތްތަކުގެ ފެންވަރު ރަނގަޅުކުރުމެވެ.
މި އިދާރާގެ އަމާޒަކީ 15 ޑިސެންބަރު 2016 މި ތާރީޚުގެ ކުރިން ISO 9001:2008 ގެ ރެޖިސްޓްރޭޝަން ފުރިހަމަކުރުމެވެ.
