Minimum requirement:

Masters degree in Comparative Law

AND

Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Law

Responsibilities:

  • To teach in regular classes and replacement classes, in accordance with the Workload Policy of the university.
  • To mark and grade all course work, assignment and examination papers.
  • To implement demonstrations, workshops, physical classes, field visits, and clinical sessions.
  • To teach in accordance with the set curriculum, and provide feedback to the management on the course proceedings at the end of the semester.
  • To supervise post graduate research students.
  • Development of new curriculum and to suggest suggestions to improve the existing curriculum.
  • Prepare exam papers as required for the course modules, and to conduct all the necessary markings and assessments as needed for the papers.
  • Conduct exams for modules of the part-time lecturers, and to conduct all the necessary marking and assessments as needed for the papers.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve the standard of the current modules.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, module panels, and to implement decisions made in such meetings, and assist in developing junior staff.
  • Work closely with other members of the faculty to conduct academic research, and publish such research via the university.
  • Module coordination, and course coordination.
  • Conduct all works assigned by the faculty.
