INVITATION FOR TENDER

HIRING A PARTY TO SERVICE AND CALIBRATION FUEL PUMPS AND INJECTORS OF STO VEHICLES FOR 01 YEAR

State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer local parties the opportunity to submit proposals for servicing and calibration of fuel pumps and injectors in STO vehicles for a period of 01 year.

1.  Scope of Service Required

1.1 Types of fuel pump for service

• STANADYNE DE PUMP testing and calibration
• PT PUMP testing and calibration
• Common Rail pump (CP1, CP2 & CP3) testing and calibration
• HPO pump testing and calibration
• Rotary pumps testing and calibration.
• Inline pumps testing and calibration.
• Electronic fuel pumps testing and calibration.

1.2   Types of injectors for service

• Injectors for STANADYNE DE PUMP testing and pressure adjustment
• Injectors for PT PUMP testing and pressure adjustment
• Injectors for Common Rail pump (CP1, CP2 & CP3) testing and pressure adjustment.
• Injectors for HPO pump testing and pressure adjustment
• Injectors for Rotary pumps testing and pressure adjustment.
• Injectors for Inline pumps testing and pressure adjustment.

2   The Eligible Tenderers are limited to;

2.2   Parties registered in Maldives as a Vehicle garage / Service center / Repair center / Workshop, to service and calibrate fuel pumps and injectors of vehicles.

3   Eligibility of the proponent will be validated by:

3.2   Bidders are required to provide images of their registered Vehicle Garage / Service Center / Repair Center / Workshop.

3.3   The bidder should be able provide documentation that demonstrate the ability to perform the necessary servicing and calibration of pumps and injectors as outlined in the above scope of service.

3.4   To assist in evaluating the bidder’s eligibility, STO may, at STO’s discretion, ask any proponent to arrange a site inspection for verification.

4   Required documents for registration.

• Company certificates (Registration certificate, Memorandum of association, Articles of association, MIRA TAX registration certificate, Business information sheet)
• Company shareholder ID cards

5  Tendering Process

Registration & bid document: Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the company certificates and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria.

Deadline for registration:         6^th May 2024, 11:00hrs

ONLY Eligible Tenderers can participate in the tender.

A complete set of Bidding Document in English will be sent via email on, 7^th May 2024, only to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender. 

Queries and Replies:                Queriesshall be writtenin English, and shall be sent via email, on or before 12^th May 2024, 11:00hrs to the address specified below. Response to queries will be given on 13^th May 2024, to all those who have successfully registered under this tender. 

Tender submission:                  Documents shall be emailed to [email protected][NOT LATER than 16^th May 2024 at 11:00hrs.]

                                                     Submissions received after deadline will be rejected.
