Minimum Qualification and Experience Required

• Supervise security staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches.
• Liaise with HR, management, and external stakeholders to address security concerns and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and security measures.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend preventive measures to mitigate risks.
• Provide a welcoming and secure environment for employees, visitors, and clients.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing security procedures and implementing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to security.
