Job Scope:	Responsible for planning and coordinating training programs and organizing learning & development activities of Island Aviation Services Limited.
Job Criteria:	Minimum 03 pass in O’Level including English or a qualification in a related field Experience in Learning & Development role or Human Resources will be an added advantage
