Basic Salary

  • Service Allowance: 60% of Basic Salary
  •  Professional Allowance: 40% of Basic Salary (Degree or Masters certificate) or 20% of Basic salary (Diploma certificate)
  • Food Allowance: MVR 60 per day                                                         Overtime as per company policy   

Other Allowances

  • Diploma or Degree in related field or BA in Public Relations / Mass Communication & Journalism in any related field
  • 3 -7 years of experience in a related field

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required

 

  • Cooperate with Head of Department to attain the Company’s aims and objectives determined by the Management.
  • Research Digital media advancements and provide up to date information and analysis.
  • Develop creative marketing activities to promote brand awareness and conduct marketing campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube & LinkedIn).
  • Design promotional materials and templates for both social media and marketing projects.
  • Measure social media engagement and provide activity reports on regular basis.
  • Manage customer engagement in social media platforms. Attending / responding to customer inquaries on social media channels.
  • Maintain and updating company website on regular basis.
  • Prepare and present reports to management on media marketing activities and promotion results of implemented plans. Support head of department in product pricing related to social media promotions.
  • Enhancing the company’s brand awareness and corporate image.
  • Regularly collect the latest update on company advancements, CEO office updates, company issues and all stakeholder information.
  • Develop and execute effective PR plans through translating brand and key messages into media concepts and compelling stories.
  • Leveraging a variety of media channels to maximize the company’s brand exposure through interviews, editorials an etc.
  • Strategies and implement media opportunities.
  • Write and update content of PR on website and social media platforms.
  • Organize and attend press conference, seminars, workshops, and media interviews relevant to the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Skills in Microsoft office package, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe photoshop and Adobe in design.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
  • High personal integrity with strong ethics and values
  • Ability to stand firm on difficult issues when required
  • Displays awareness of the need for confidentially in sensitive matters
  • Commitment to self-development and expansion of knowledge
  • Flexibility to travel as required
