INVITATION FOR TENDER
HIRING A CONTRACTOR FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STAFF GYM AND CLUBHOUSE AT STO TRADE CENTER.
State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer the opportunity to submit proposals to construct staff gym and clubhouse at STO Trade Center.
Project overview:
Interior works at Trade center including demolishing works, masonry and plastering works, doors & windows installation, painting works, wall and ceiling works, partition works, electrical works, tiling works, plumbing works, lighting works, firefighting works, and furniture and fixture installation.
1. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to;
1.1 Parties who have completed at least one similar nature of project involving interior works, valued at MVR 900,000 (Nine Hundred Thousand Rufiyaa) and above in the past 4 years.
2. Eligibility of the proponent will be validated by:
2.1 Reference letter/completion certificates or any documentation in the name of Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity) for successful completion of at least one similar nature of project involving interior works, valued at MVR 900,000 and above in the past 4 years.

4. Tendering Process.

Registration and Bid Document: |
Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the company certificate and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria. Deadline for Registration is 18th March 2024, 1100hrs.
ONLY Eligible Tenderers can participate in the tender.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email on 20th March 2024, only to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender.
