Job Responsibilities

• Manage and overlook installation of equipment and provide end user training to users
• Site preparation and coordinating with customers for installation
• Monitor installation base of laboratory equipment.
• Attend to application related faults of STO product lines related to laboratory, including equipment, reagents and consumables.
• Coordinate with planning team to manage and maintain accessories and consumables required for equipment
• Promote STO product lines to customers
• Arrange and coordinate trainings, CMEs and webinars for customers
• Provide the necessary technical expertise required for projects and tenders
• Check with customers on use of equipment and ensure maximum utilization of equipment serving the purpose
• Schedule preventive maintenance and provide solution for any issues related to equipment that need PM as per the manufacturer
• Check status of medical equipment that runs on consumables at health facilities and other sites
• Schedule and check the status of medical equipment
• Assist on processing of ordering new reagents
• Prepare proposal and give firsthand information to the sales team, about the new products available in the market

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory technology/biomedical science or related field

Preferred Requirements

• Flexibility in timing and ability to travel frequently
• Proficient in English language
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good computer skills
