The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received financing from the World Bank and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of the “COVID-19 Emergency Response and Health Systems Preparedness Project”, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of ICT Equipment
The Ministry of Health invites sealed Quotations from eligible vendors for the Procurement of ICT equipment.
Procurement will be conducted through Open National Competitive procurement method using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” of July 2016, Revised November 2017 and August 2018 - (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible vendors as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
Interested eligible venders may obtain further information from Ministry of Health website www.health.gov.mv ,local gazette www.gazette.gov.mv and Covid-19 Emergency Response & Health System Preparedness Project / ERHSPP ([email protected]) during office hours [08:00 am to 1400].
A complete set of RFQ documents and related documentation shall be available on the local gazette www.gazette.gov.mv for downloading. The Ministry of Health shall not be held liable for any information not received by the vendor, and it is the vendor’s responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to this invitation for the RFQ.
Any clarification request regarding this RFQ may be sent in writing to Ministry of Health, [email protected] , copy to [email protected] before 1300 hours, 10th August 2023. The Purchaser will forward copies of its response to all Suppliers including a description of the inquiry but without identifying its source.
Quotations must be delivered to the address below on 1300 hours on 17th August 2023. Electronic submission of RFQ will not be permitted. Late submissions will be rejected. RFQ’s will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors designated representatives who chooses to attend the meeting.
