MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Project Management or a relevant field, with 3 years’ experience in a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Oversee and manage the progression of development projects and contracts by coordinating with developers and internal departments.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Oversee and manage outsourced development projects to ensure the quality and timeliness of the projects.
• Oversee inspections scheduled to monitor any potential project risks and coordinate with relevant personnel to mitigate risks.
• Ensure the contract management KPls are met by maintaining and updating project status databases, and by coordinating with clients during the development stage.
• Communicate and attend to developers' requests regarding contract term revision, contract extension, and assignment of duties and obligations imposed by the agreement.
• Coordinate with the relevant sections regarding handover, takeover, and requests regarding the development of temporary land.
• Manage and oversee the merit of drawings submitted by developers in coordination with Building Control.
• Prepare revenue budgets for developer projects. Advice on the development of a detailed project plan to monitor/track progress and performance for the successful implementation of outsourced projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects remain within the defined scope, schedule, budgets, etc.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information, and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Ensure the documentation and all the records of the section are maintained in an easily retrievable manner.
• Ensure that proper standard operating procedures are in place with regard to the scope of services provided.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, STAAD Pro, Microsoft Office package, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices.
• Should possess strong planning and cost analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dhivehi and English.
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
• Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one's own time effectively.

SALARY PACKAGE
Negotiable based on education and qualification.
