Removal of Fairchild F27 Aircraft (110-8QAEQ) abandoned at Gan International Airport
This public announcement is made to advise and instruct Spa Aviation (Pvt) Ltd and all other concerned parties (if any) that the Aircraft Fairchild F27 (110-8QAEQ) abandoned at Gan International Airport is kept without the permission of this company. The unlawful abandonment of the aircraft is causing operational difficulties and impediments to the development works of the airport.
Hence, Spa Aviation (Pvt) Ltd is instructed to remove the aircraft within 30 (thirty) days from today 5th July 2023. If Spa Aviation (Pvt) Ltd fails to remove the aircraft within the stated time frame, Addu International Airport Pvt Ltd will consider that the aircraft has been discarded and abandoned. In such an event, Addu International Airport Private Limited will take all the necessary actions to remove it or will take possession of it and deal with it in any manner that it considers fit.
