HDFC Plc has a vacancy for the right candidate who can provide support to the Admin & HR Team of the company in the capacity of an HR & Admin Officer.

Job Title:  HR & Admin Officer

Job Description

• Provide support in all areas of Human Resources (HR) including but not limited recruitment and selection, learning and development, leave management, performance management, grievances and dispute resolution.
• Conduct orientation and training staff programs
• Manage Staff health insurance including reimbursements of health insurance claims
• Manage office supplies and inventory records
• Maintain documentation of company asset register including additions and disposals

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Business Administration / Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

Salary

• Negotiable commensurate with qualification and experience
