Housing Development Finance Plc. (HDFC) is accepting proposals from outside vendors to redesign the existing website (www.hdfc.com.mv).

Proposal Summary

We are looking to redesign our website and revise the information architecture to improve the organization and usability of the website for key audiences and accomplish our goal to strengthen our online presence. Additionally, we want our redesigned website to reflect our culture and values to attract potential new hires.

The site is currently built in WordPress but we are open to other platforms as an alternative, if there are solutions that provides better functionality and ease of use. We would like to be able to make minor edits to the content in-house, so the back end needs to be user-friendly. Additionally, we would like to build analytics into the new site for tracking, monitoring effectiveness and measuring future lead generating campaigns.

Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals along with quotations according to the scope of work detailed below:

• The price quoted for the project must be inclusive. If the price excludes any fees, whether it be any subscription fees for plugins or addons, or any other services, a list of excluded fees with a complete explanation of the fees must be provided.
• Should include a portfolio of previous Works & references along with contact details.
• Should include background information of the company including registration documents.
• Should list out the deliverables

Scope

To create a flexible, responsive, informative, up-to-date Website that is user friendly and easy to maintain. In addition to designing a user-friendly website with an intuitive user interface, the Website must also incorporate the Loan Application Module.

• Contents to be managed by the Company, though Site Administration panel
• All text, Branding Guideline materials will be provided by the company

• Search Engine Optimized
• Website should be compatible with various browsers
• User Interface of the website must be shared and approved by the management
• Must provide technical support for minimum of 6 months
• Include a Blog Section with an interactive and easy to use CMS
• Able to apply for jobs through the website

Information Session & Submissions

Interested parties can request via email for a one-on-one Information session with the project oversight team from 23^rd – 26^th May 2022.

The proposals submitted in response to request should comprise of the following information and documentation:

• Profile/Portfolio of the Individual/Company (with Business Registration if Company)
• Price quoted in Maldivian Rufiyaa, inclusive of GST
• Delivery timeline from the intimation to delivery

HDFC reserves the right to disqualify any proposal who fails to furnish the information/documents stated above. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Proposals must be submitted on or before 2:30 PM on 29^th May 2022, to the following address. HDFC will only respond to the successful firm.

Evaluation Criteria

All proposals to be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Responsiveness and Quality of the Proposal including price (20%)
• Expertise and Qualifications (20%)
• Project Management Plan (20%)
• Past Performance (10%)
• Ability to Meet or Exceed Work and Technical Requirements (30%)
