Basic Salary

-       Service Allowance: 60% of Basic Salary

-       Professional Allowance: 20% of Basic Salary for Diploma certificate

-       Overtime as per company policy.

Other Allowances

-       Assist chief superintendent in providing all maintenance related works at the plant

-       Ensure plant operations are carried out smoothly within allocated budget

-       Analyzing and finding ways to minimize repair work in a most cost-effective manner

-       Carryout maintenance related work as per the maintenance plan

-       Working with other plant engineers and team to ensure engineering department targets being met

-       Monitor and maintaining plant equipment & Machinery

Key Responsibilities

-       Advance certificate or a Diploma in a related field

-       Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a related field

-       Excellent communication skills

-       Mechanical skills

-       Problem solving skills

-       Team player
