Construction of Bottling Plant in HA. Hoarafushi

FENAKA Corporation request proposals to install a bottling plant in HA. Hoarafushi and invites interested eligible national and international bidders for the Design Supply and Installation of Bottling Plant in HA. Hoarafushi.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures consistent with Procurement Rules and Regulations of Maldives and is open to all Eligible Bidders.

All bids must be accompanied with a bid security of USD 5,000.00 (Five Thousand US Dollars).

• Bid security should be:

-          Original bank guarantee letter (or)

-          An insurance policy from an insurance company registered at Maldives Monetary Authority.

• Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
• Bid security should be valid for 28 (Twenty-Eight) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
• Bids shall be valid for a period of 112 days from the date of bid opening.

A complete set of the Bidding Documents in electronic format may be obtained from Tender Section of FENAKA Corporation Limited, from 22^nd April 2021 to 02^nd June 2021 on all working days. Prebid Session, Inquiry deadline and Bid submission is as follows:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1000 hours Maldivian time on 09th June 2021. Electronic Bid Submission will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend the address below at the deadline of bid submission.

Eligible Bidders may obtain further information by writing to the address below on or before 1400 Hours Maldivian time on 12th May 2021.
