Responsibilities

  1. Attending complaints via ticket management system
  • Attend the IT related tickets raised by employees
  • Completing and commenting tickets
  • Report to Manager on specific issues
  • Engage more on troubleshooting IT complaints
  • Researching on new bugs and issues raised by other employees
  • Monitoring and maintaining ticket system
  • Attending complaints via telephone and in person

 

  1. Installing, and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Installing, configuring and repairing computer hardware
  • Network cabling and configuring
  • Printer installing, sharing and troubleshooting
  • Scanning solutions

  • Installing and configuring access control systems
  • Setting timelines and time zones
  • Granting and denying access to users
  • Maintaining, repairing and resetting access control systems

  • Repairing and replacing all IT related equipment’s
  • Maintaining stock of spare items

  • Researching about new devices and technologies
  • Testing new technologies based on corporate requirements
  • Testing against different situations related to airport context

Suggesting and recommending new technologies

  • Creating daily, weekly, monthly and yearly IT reports based on requirements
  • Making user manuals, videos, FAQ, etc.

Assistant Manager Procurement

Minimum Qualification & Experience

First Degree in Finance or Accounting with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Good governance. Comprehensive knowledge of corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

 

Managing the day to day operations and developing purchasing strategies that meet with the operational requirements with the advice of General Manager Procurement.

  • Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the procurement department. And report to General Manager regarding preformation of staffs.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
  • Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
  • Ensure the procurement activities are conducted in compliance with the company policies and the applicable laws of the regulatory authorities.
  • Monitors business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.

Safety Admin Officer

Minimum Qualification & Experience

  • Certificate Level 3 in a relevant field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Data collection and analysis in the aviation field.

 

Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative / Technical support in relation to Airport Safety, Security, ARFF to the Department.
  • Preparing and processing of correspondence
  • Update and maintain SOPs
  • Assist and Prepare travel plans
  • Collecting and analysis of daily status of ARFF, Safety , Security at all Airports
  • Collection and distribution of Safety/Hazards Report
  • Coordinating and providing administrative support Safety Review Board, Safety Action Groups at all Regional Airport
  • Coordinate and Facilitate Airport Emergency Committees at all Airport
  • Coordinate, control and Maintain records of Resources of Safety, ARFF, Security of all Stations/Airports
  • Coordinate, control and Maintain Training, Audit and Inspection records of Safety, ARFF, Security of all Stations/Airports
  • Coordinate with MCAA and other stakeholders in relation to 3rd Party Audits, Inspections
  • Providing staff support accident review boards
  • Providing supports to EOC
  • Arranging and Coordinate Department Projects
  • Assist in all training activities of Department
  • Assist in the preparation of Annual budget preparation

Basic Salary

MVR 10,000
