Job Opportunity

We are seeking for (Temporary) Local and Foreign Registered Nurse to work in Hulhumale’ Medical Facility and other Covid related area for a duration of 1 year

Number required:        36 positions

Working hours:          8 hours per day 5 days a week

Salary:                 MVR 9060.00 per month

Service Allowances:       MVR 188.00 per day

Scope of work:

• Make and execute nursing care plans for patients by assessing patient’s condition, planning for activities/tasks/services to ease the condition of patient, implementing the actions and evaluating patient’s response to actions and revising accordingly.
• Work with doctors and other medical staff to provide services required to enhance recovery of patients and provide updates regarding member medical care as and when needed.
• Ensures a harmonious hospital environment to provide emotional and psychological support to patients during their hospitalization
• Maintain reports of patients’ medical histories, and observing/monitoring changes in their condition and reporting to doctors and other relevant authorities
• Carrying out the requisite of treatment and medications as indicated by patient’s condition and response.
• Assist and facilitate patients in obtaining hospital services, give information on service locations, procedural requirements etc.
• Providing necessary guidance and education to patient and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Minimum Qualification & Requirement

MNQF level 5 /6 certificate in Nursing (Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery)

Interview Details:

Skype Interview for the shortlisted candidates will be held between 09^th Aug 2021 to 23^rd Aug 2021.

Criteria for shortlisting the qualified candidates:

1. Educational Qualifications
2. Work Experience
3. Age of the candidate (20 to 55 years)
4. Other: within the last 5 years worked in a 150 bedded hospital.

Shortlisted criteria:

33% out of the qualified candidates will be shortlisted for the interview.

Selecting the most eligible applicant for the position:

The one who get the highest marks in the interview process and the Criteria for shortlisting will be the most eligible applicant for the position.
