Procurement of 04 Megawatt Generator Sets

Fenaka Corporation Limited wishes to procure generator sets. A bid document consisting the information regarding this tender will be sold to interested parties.

• Bid price is US$ 100.00 (One Hundred US Dollars), or equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa (non-refundable)
• Bid documents will be sold at Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^th Floor, Ports Complex Building). It will be sold from 2^nd January 2019 to 15^th January 2019, the bid documents will be sold from 09:00 hrs to 14:30 hrs. The bid price will also be accepted from Fenaka Head Office.
• There is a pre-bid information session for interested parties on 16^th January 2019, Wednesday, at 11:00 hrs at Addu City Central Power Station.
• If there is any clarification regarding bid you may send email to [email protected] after prebid meeting on 16^th January 2019 till 31^st January 2019.
• The Bid Validity shall be minimum Sixty (60) days from the date of Bid opening. All Bids shall be accompanied with a Bid Security of USD 25,000.00 (Twenty Five Thousand US Dollars Only) which is valid for Twenty (20) days beyond the validity of the bid. The Performance Security shall be 10% of the Bid Price. Bid Security and Performance Security shall be a bank guarantee letter (as per the format in the bid document), bank draft or an insurance policy.
• The parties who have purchased the bid documents are only eligible to participate in the bid.
• The bids will be opened on 06^th February 2019, Wednesday 11:00hrs at the meeting room of Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^th Floor, Ports Complex Building), in the presence of the bidders. The bids that are submitted after this time will not be accepted.
