Request for Proposal: Consultancy to Develop Video Documentary and Video Spots
The Ministry of Environment and Energy invites interested parties to submit proposals to carry out the development of the video documentary and video spots for the project “Increasing Climate Resilience through Integrated Water Resource Management Programme in Ha. Ihanvandhoo, Aa. Mahibadhoo and Gdh. Gadhdhoo”
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 24 November 2015 at 1000 hrs at the Ministry of Environment and Energy.
Financial proposals and a detailed work schedule must be submitted along with a company profile and portfolio of successfully concluded projects and ongoing projects.
Proposals must be received no later than 1200hrs of 26th November 2015 and should be addressed to the following. For details please refer to the terms of reference for the consultancy. The terms of reference is available for download from http://www.environment.gov.mv
