Consultancy Services for Development of Vedio Spots on Protection of Ozone Layer and Ozone Depleting Substances
The Ministry of Environment and Energy has received financing from the Multilateral Fund for implementation of the phase-out of ozone depleting substances, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for recruiting a consultant to undertake design, produce, film and edit one video spot in Dhivehi Language with English sub-title which addresses the use of ozone depleting substance hydrocholorofluorocarbon in different sectors and its impact.
The Ministry of Environment and Energy now invites interested eligible candidates to submit their Expression of Interest. Interested consultants must provide information that demonstrates ability to perform the services (academic qualifications, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, etc.) detailed in the Terms of Reference.
Interested consultants may obtain additional information and the detailed Terms of Reference from www.environment.gov.mv and at the address below.
Interested parties may submit their proposals on 1100 hrs of the 2nd September 2015 to the following address. The bids will be opened at 1100 hrs of the 2nd September 2015 in presence of bidders
