Male’ Custom Clearance & Delivery of Sea Shipments for MACL Duty Free
The Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) operating the Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (INIA) seeks an Agent for Custom clearance, handling and delivery of MACL Duty Free Sea Shipments from Male’ Ports to Duty Free sites at INIA.
A compulsory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for all interested parties on 19th January 2015, Monday, 1030hrsin MACL Corporate Office building at INIA. Only parties that attend the Pre-bid meeting on time will be allowed to enter the meeting and will also be able to submit Bids later. Any further clarifications shall be submitted in writing by e-mail ([email protected]) or fax before 21st January 2015, Wednesday, 1030hrs.
Sealed bids in compliance with the details and requirements stated in the Tender document shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the bidders full name and address, the invitation for bid (IFB) number and titled“Male’ Custom Clearance and Delivery of Sea shipments for MACL Duty Free: Do not open before 25th January 2015, Sunday, 1030hrs” and must be delivered to the address below on or before 25th January 2015, Sunday, 1030hrs. Late bids will be rejected.

The Offers from each Bidder will be opened at sharp 1030hrs, 25th January 2015, Sunday, in MACL Corporate Office Building at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport (INIA) in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
A Technical Evaluation followed by a Financial Evaluation of the bids will be performed after which the Tender Evaluation Committee will deliberate and finalize the award.
