Invitation to Bidders
Thilafushi Corporation Limited (TCL) seeks to hire a licensed EIA consultant to apply for an EIA with all required documentation on behalf of TCL for establishing a permanent sand borrow site at the southern reef area of Thilafushi for the purposes of this corporation. All interested parties that are competent are invited to submit their quotation for the above mentioned along with their historical work profiles and references plus copies of permits and licenses.
TCL’s announcement (No.: TCL/IUL/14/1030) inviting all interested bidders to submit proposals for the EIA consultant has been cancelled.

- Proposals shall be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of bid opening.
- Individuals with EIA license shall submit CV.
Only Bidders who have joined the information session can participate in the bid opening. All bid proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes. Bid opening will be held at Thilafushi Corporation head office with all those who want to participate in the bid opening.
Proposal evaluation criteria is included in the Bid documents of this project and for further queries please contact the procurement department.
