Job Responsibilities

• Streamline GR process and notify inbound delays
• Ensure shipment shortage, surplus and damage reports are processed within the set KPI
• Ensure that stock transfer orders are processed within the set KPI
• Manage picking and dispatch operations for MOH and Hospital requirements
• Generate system reports to forecast expiry and potential high-risk items
•   Monitor stock transfer transit and clear location on a routine basis
• Ensure the warehouse standard and the storing condition adherer to   the regulations set by the authorities, manufacturers (suppliers) and internally

Required Qualifications

Masters in Management, Project Management or in other related field with 5-years of experience in a related filed.

Preferred Requirements

Experience in project management

Leadership and Team building skills

Ability to coordinate multiple operations

Knowledge of regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry

Familiar with inventory management softwares and Microsoft office
