Invitation of Tenders No: HDC (161)-PRO/IU/2021/224

1. Housing Development Corporation Limited invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the Design, Supply & Installation of CCTV surveillance system in Hıyaa Housıng Project in Hulhumalé Phase II and the remedying of any defects therein.

2. Please be informed that the previous invitation (Announcement No: HDC (161)-PRO/IU/2021/180) for this project has been canceled.

3. Only Maldivian parties (with 100% Maldivian ownership) can submit proposal for this project.

4. Joint venture partners cannot participate in this bid.

5. Tenderers may obtain further information about this Invitation of Tenders from Housing Development Corporation, Ground Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumalé, Republic of Maldives.

6. A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by the intrested Tendereres from HDC’s website Link: https://hdc.com.mv/announcements.

7. Tenders must be submitted to the office mentioned below in clause 8, not later than the dates stipulated in clause 8 and must be accompanied by a tender security, in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, in the amount of MVR 50,000.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Fifty Thousand).

8. Tenders will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned below in clause 8, and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend. This session will take place at time and date tabulated in clause 8 of this section or such other time and date as may be notified to the tenderers.
