Tenderers are hereby invited by State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives, to hire a suitable party for Infrastructure works require for the IGMH new CSSD [Central Sterile Services Department] project.
1. Project overview:
Infrastructure works for the IGMH new CSSD project consists mainly of the works below.
- Preliminaries
- Clean up
- Demolition work,
- Flooring
- Partition wall
- Door & Windows
- Ceiling
- Tiling
- Metal, and Timber works,
- Electrical works,
- Hydraulic and Drainage works
- Ventilation and finishing works
2. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to;
Parties that have successfully completed at least 3 [Three] General Construction – Civil work projects valued over MVR 500,000.00 [Five Hundred Thousand Maldivian Rufiyaa] in the last 5 [Five] years.
- Project completion will be validated only by reference letters / completion certificates, issued to the bidder by the respective client.
- Documents received ONLY in the name of the project owner (companies’/ government entities/institutions/commissions etc.) will be considered and documents in the name of individual members/consultants will not be considered.
- Only the tenderers who meet the eligibility criteria shall be registered under this tender.
3. Tendering Process;

Registration and Bid Document: |
Tenderers can register via email, [email protected], along with the documents required to verify the Eligibility. Deadline for Registration is 18th May 2021, 1400hrs.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email on the 19th May 2021, only to the parties who have successfully registered under the tender. |

Site Visit: |
Site visit shall be requested via email to [email protected] on or before 20th May 2021, 1400hrs. |

Questions and Replies: |
Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be sent via email to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 23rd May 2021, 1400hrs. Replies to questions will be given on 26th May 2021, to all those who successfully registered under this tender |

Tender Submission: |
Documents shall be emailed to [email protected] [NOT LATER than 31st May 2021 at 1400hrs.] Submissions received after deadline shall be rejected. |
