Qualification

Basic Medical Degree approved by Maldives Medical and Dental council.

Knowledge and skill requirement

• Strong interpersonal skills that allow them to get to know their patients, build personal rapport and establish trust to provide high-quality care while increasing patients' enjoyment and comfort
• Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently
• Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments.
• Knowledge of clinical skills including changing bandages, giving tube feedings, administering shot.
• Experience in nursing field is an added advantage.

Basic Salary

1. CS12-1 (Basic Salary 15,090 MVR, Service allowance 8250 MVR)

• Basic Medical Degree approved by Maldives Medical and Dental council.
• Internship certificate (12 Months)
•  Maldives Medical and Dental council. Registration and practicing license.

2. CS12-2 (Basic Salary 15,850 MVR, Service allowance 8250 MVR)

• Basic Medical Degree approved by Maldives Medical and Dental council.
• Internship certificate (12 Months)
•  Maldives Medical and Dental council. Registration and practicing license.
• Minimum one year Diploma in Family Medicine or General practitioner.  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in rank CS12-1 and achieved 85% in performance appraisal.

3. CS12-3 (Basic Salary 16,630 MVR, Service allowance 8250 MVR)

• Basic Medical Degree approved by Maldives Medical and Dental council.
• Internship certificate (12 Months)
•  Maldives Medical and Dental council. Registration and practicing license.
  • Minimum one year or maximum 2 years Diploma in Family Medicine or General practitioner.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in rank CS12-2 and achieved 85% in performance appraisal.

4. CS12-4 (Basic Salary 17,490 MVR, Service allowance 8250 MVR)

• Minimum 2 year experience in rank CS12-3 and achieved 85% in performance appraisal.

5.CS12-5 (Basic Salary 18,350 MVR, Service allowance 8250 MVR)

• Minimum 2 year experience in rank CS12-4 and achieved 85% in performance appraisal.

6.CS14-2 (Basic Salary 19,230 MVR, Service allowance 8250 MVR)

• Minimum 2 year experience in rank CS12-5 and achieved 85% in performance appraisal.

7.CS14-3 (Basic Salary 20,110 MVR, Service allowance 8250 MVR)

• Minimum 2 year experience in rank CS14-2 and achieved 85% in performance appraisal.

 8 CS14-4 (Basic Salary 21,070 MVR, Service allowance 8250 MVR)

• Minimum 2 year experience in rank CS14-3 and achieved 85% in performance appraisal.

9. CS14-5 (Basic Salary 22,040 MVR)

• Minimum 2 year experience in rank CS14-4 and achieved 85% in performance appraisal.

Food allowance

1800 MVR

Accommodation Allowance  

Where Ministry has its own accommodation, it will be Provided. In the event where accommodation is not available monthly allowance of MVR 3000 will be provided.

Service Allowance

MVR 8250.

Overtime pay

Per rate on hourly basis (Beyond 48 hours per week)

Contract period

1 Year (Based on the performance contract will be extended)

• Managing allocated budgets and identifying areas of improvement in inpatient care.
• Keeping informed on advancements in the field and contributing to medical research programs.

• Certificate of good stating (Should be brought from the relevant council/ board of the country where the applicant is currently registered.
• Reference from the most recent employer.
• Police clearance Certificate.
