Basic Salary

• Service Allowance: 60% of Basic Salary
• Professional Allowance: 40% of Basic (For Degree certificate) or 20% of Basic (for Diploma certificate)
• Overtime as per company policy

Other Allowances

• GCE O’level with minimum 3 passes.

Minimum Qualification

• Prepare daily MGO and ice sales statement.
• Prepare monthly vehicles and vessels repair and maintenance report
• Prepare variance analysis between budgeted and actual expenses - repair and maintenance and uniform and protective clothing
• Prepare monthly MGO reconciliation
• Check monthly vessel MGO reports and ensure the accuracy
• Prepare monthly cash flow statement summery
• Receiving and Filing documents from other departments
• Proactively involve with all activities of accounts division
• Carry-out other works which are assigned by the Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Computer literacy in Excel and familiarity with any accounting system.
• Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
• High personal integrity with strong ethics and values
• Ability to stand firm on difficult situations when required
• Capable of working independently and with minimum supervision
• Demonstrated job commitment and personal flexibility to meet changing expectations
• Commitment to self-development and expansion of knowledge
