REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Road Development Corporation (RDC) invites local and foreign companies to express their interest for Supply and delivery of Heavy vehicles and machineries under Contractor Financing to Road Development Corporation (RDC).

Invitation of Expression of interest (EOI) documents are attached with this announcement. EOI shall be valid for a period of 60 (Sixty) days from the date of opening.

Clarifications will be taken via email only ([email protected]) till 15^th December 2020, Tuesday, 14:00 hours Maldivian Time.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) shall be sealed properly in an envelope clearly marked with the name of the company and the announcement reference number (RDC-IUL/PROC/2020-63) and addressed to;

The sealed envelope shall mention “CONFIDENTIAL” and also “Do not open before 14:00 hours on 22^nd December 2020”

Expression of Interests shall be delivered to the address specified below, on 22^nd December 2020, Tuesday, 14:00 hours Maldivian Time, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Suppliers who wish to attend the bid opening. Late submissions and submissions without the required documents will be rejected.

EOI’s submitted via email will not be accepted. In addition to the EOI document, bidders are required to submit completed Vendor Registration Form (attached to this Invitation on gazette).
