Request for Expressions of Interest

As no shortlisted applicant has been selected for the following position advertised in the Ministry’s Announcement No. (IUL)22-E/22/2020/111 (20^th November 2020), the announcement has the following position re-advertised.

The Government of Maldives (GoM) is implementing the “Maldives: Learning Advancement and Measurement” Project (LAMP). The project is funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE). The objective of the project is to promote learning focused curriculum implementation and strengthen the measurement of learning outcomes. The project is being administered by the Ministry of Education (MoE), with a Project Steering Committee that will be co-chaired by the MoE and the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE).

As part of this project MoE seeks an Individuals for the position of PROJECT OFFICER IMPLEMENTATION to work in the implementation of the project. Expressions of Interest need to be submitted along with the CV, accredited and validated documents supporting the candidate’s qualifications and experience, validated reference letters, and the copy of ID card/Passport before 14:00 of 17^th December 2020 to the email: [email protected].Late submission will not be accepted.

Terms of Reference and Duration of Service

Interested parties may download the terms of reference which outline the scope of service, the key qualifications, experience and terms of payment relevant to this position from the gazette. The service is for a period of ONE year. Any renewal will be based on the performance evaluation of the individual selected.

• Note: Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the ‘World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers’ Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (hereafter referred to as the “Regulations”).
