ADDENDUM 1                                                             އެޑެންޑަމް 1                 

މި މިނިސްޓްރީން 18 ނޮވެމްބަރ 2020 ގައި ކުރި (IUL)438-GCF/438/2020/224ނަންބަރު އިއުލާނާ އޭޓޭޗްކުރެވިފައިވާ މައުލޫމާތު ކަރުދާހަށް ތިރީގައިވާ ބަދަލުތައް ވަނީ ގެނެވިފައެވެ.

Please include this addendum when submitting the bid. ބިޑް ހުށަހަޅުއްވާއިރު މި ގަނޑުވެސް ޑޮކިއުމަންޓާއި އެކު ހުށަހެޅުއްވަން ޖެހިވަޑައިގަންނަވާނެއެވެ.

1)      Technical Specification

The Wordings for duration and payment schedule and reporting requirement should be revised as below.

1. Portable Water Quality Testing Equipment(s)

1. a.      Parameters

Acidity (pH), Total Hardness (Hd), Chlorine (Cl), Nitrate (N), Lead (Pb)

Copper (Cu) and Iron (Fe), Conductivity, Sulphate, Phosphate.

1. Quantity

• 26 Numbers of equipment (or sets. see the note below), each set should be able to measure all the parameters above.
• Reagents shall be provided for 365 tests each parameter for each equipment
• Calibration Solution shall be provided for one year for each equipment  (where required)
• 26 Number of equipment packaged separately for each Island 

2)      Technical Specification Sheet

Please find attached excel sheet with this amendment (The bidders are required to complete the specification tables, with a clear and specific confirmation).

Note:

If it is an electronic device the following should be taken into account

• All measurement ranges are suitable for testing drinking water quality.
• The built-in data memory (minimum 1000 items) and connectable with a computer (include necessary cables and software where applicable)
• Usable with rechargeable batteries. Auto power off function.
• Automatic calibration
• Automatic temperature conversion of conductivity values and automatic calculation of total dissolved solids and salt contents
• IP67-compliant waterproof and dustproof structure. Rugged construction for field use.
• Portable
