Due to changes that had to be brought to "Evaluation Criteria" in the bid document, our invitation No: RDC-IUL/PROC/2020/53, has been cancelled and reposted with amendments under Invitation No: RDC-IUL/PROC/2020/54.
The company has an approved budget which has been allocated towards the acquisition of the goods for which this bid has been issued. The Company intends to apply the allocated funds to eligible payments under a contract for the supply and delivery of these goods as detailed in this Bidding Document.
Road Development Corporation Limited, Invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply and delivery of Paving blocks
Bidders are welcome to submit their offers for either one of the lots mentioned or both lots. Lots will be evaluated and awarded separately.
Qualifications requirements are stated in the Bidding Document.
The Bidder shall be registered to submit the bid. Registration will be held from the date of advertisement to 12th November 2020, Thursday, 14:00 hours Maldivian Time, via email ([email protected]) stating the project name, Invitation number, Company name and Contact Number, Contact person. Registration verification email will be sent within 2 working days from deadline of registration.
Inquiries will be taken via email ([email protected]). Requests for clarification should be received by the Purchaser no later than: by 18th November 2020, Wednesday, 14:00 hours Maldivian Time. Response for clarifications will be sent within 1 working day from deadline mentioned.
The Bidder shall furnish a Bid Security of 50,000MVR (Fifty Thousand Maldivian Rufiyaa) (or Equivalent in United States Dollars). Bids shall be valid for a period of 30 days from the day of bid opening.
Bid shall be delivered to the address specified below, on 26th November 2020, Thursday, 10:00 hours Maldivian Time, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening. Late bids will be rejected. Submission will only be accepted from registered bidders.
Bids submitted via email will not be accepted. In addition to the bid document, bidders are required to submit completed Vendor Registration Form (attached to this Invitation on gazette) with all relevant documents. Already registered Vendors do not need to submit the Vendor Registration Form again.
