Addendum -01

Survey, Design and Build Project to Interconnect Islands in Gaaf Alif and Gaaf Dhaalu Atolls with 10MWp of Solar PV Integration under Contractor Finance / PPA Model

Fenaka Corporation Limited requests proposals from interested local and foreign companies to survey, design and build interconnection of islands in Gaaf Alif and Gaaf Dhaalu Atoll with 10MWp of solar PV integration under contractor finance / PPA model as per information provided in the bid document and in pre-bid session.

• All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of USD 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand US Dollars).
• Bid security should be:

-          Original bank guarantee letter (or)

-          Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)

-          An insurance policy from Maldives Monetary Authority registered insurance company.

• Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
• Bid security should be valid for 30 (thirty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
• Bid should be valid for a period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of bid opening.

There is a pre-bid information session for interested parties on 18th November 2020, Wednesday 1300hrs (Maldivian time) at Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^th Floor, Ports Complex Building). Interested bidders shall also register at Fenaka Corporation Head Office as mentioned above and online/late registration shall not be accepted.

Bids shall be opened on 03^rd December 2020 at 1000hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.
