INVITATION FOR TENDER TO HIRE A CONTAINER VESSEL ON TIME CHARTER BASIS FOR 06 MONTHS

Maldives State Shipping Company Pvt Ltd (“MSS”), hereby invite potential Bidders to submit proposals / offers for the charter of one Class Container Vessel on time charter basis.

The charter party will be made based on BIMCO STANDARD TIME CHARTER PARTY FOR CONTAINER VESSELS (as revised 2004) code name: “BOXTIME 2004” with amendments and Rider Clauses proposed by MSS.

Tendering Process;

Registration and Bid Document: Tenderers can register via email, [email protected],

Deadline for Registration is 09^th September 2020, 0900hrs.

A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via e-mail on the 9^th September 2020, only to the parties who have registered under the tender. 

Questions and Replies:                       Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be submitted to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 12^th September 2020, 1000hrs by e-mail.

Replies to questions will be given to all those who successfully registered under the tender by 13^th September 2020.

Tender Submission:                          NOT LATER than on 17^th September 2020 at 1100hrs.  

Submissions after deadline shall be rejected.
