Request for Expressions of Interest

The Government of Maldives (GoM) is implementing the “Maldives: Enhancing Employability and Resilience of Youth (MEERY)” Project. The project is funded by the World Bank. The objective of the project is to improve the relevance of technical and vocational skills and foster entrepreneurship to promote youth employment in priority sectors. The project is being administered by the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE), with a Project Steering Committee that will be co-chaired by the MoHE and the Ministry of Economic Development.

As part of this project, MoHE seeks an Individual for the position of GRAPHICS DESIGNER to work in the implementation of the project. Expressions of Interest need to be submitted along with the CV, validated documents supporting the candidate’s qualifications and experience, validated reference letters, and the copy of ID card/Passport on or before 14:00 pm, 23^rd July 2020 (Thursday) to the email: [email protected]. Late submissions will not be accepted. Only shortlisted applicant will be selected for interview.

Terms of Reference and Duration of Service

Interested individuals may download the terms of reference which outline the scope of service, the key qualifications, experience and terms of payment relevant to this position from the gazette. The service is for a period of Six (6) Months.

Note: Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the ‘World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers’ Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (hereafter referred to as the “Regulations”).
