Request for Expressions of Interest

 

 Development of Courses on Travel & Tourism Education at Maldives Polytechnic

 

The Government of Maldives (GoM) is preparing to implement the “Maldives: Enhancing Employability and Resilience of Youth (MEERY)” Project. The project is funded by the World Bank. The objective of the project is to improve the relevance of technical and vocational skills and foster entrepreneurship to promote youth employment in priority sectors. The project is being administered by the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE), with a Project Steering Committee that will be co-chaired by the MoHE and the Ministry of Economic Development.

 

As part of this project MoHE seeks an Individual to carry out the Development of Courses on Travel & Tourism Education at Maldives Polytechnic. Expressions of Interest need to be submitted to the below email along with the CV(s), reference letter, validated documents supporting the candidate’s qualifications and experience on or before 14:00 pm, 15th June 2020. Late submissions will not be accepted.

  • Note: Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the ‘World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers’ Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (hereafter referred to as the “Regulations”).
