Invitation for Bids 

 

 Consultancy to support the development of a Quality Assurance and Accountability Framework for the Maldives National University.

 

1. The Maldives National University (MNU) is seeking for a consultant to support the development of a Quality Assurance and Accountability Framework (QAAF) for the Maldives National University.

2. Consultants who are interested to develop the QAAF for the Maldives National University may see the detail TOR in the link provided below.

3. Interested consultants should submit the proposals in writing to The Maldives National University with the following information.

• Detail portfolio of the consultant. The portfolio must indicate the educational background, experience and the details of the similar consultancies provided in the last 10 years.

• Technical proposal addressing the requirements listed in the TOR.

• Financial proposal as indicated in the TOR.

4. Any clarifications regarding the consultancy may be sent to the following address on or before 14:00hrs (Maldivian time) on 19th March 2020.

5. Bids must be delivered to the above mentioned address below on or not later than 14:00hrs (Maldivian time) on 26th March 2020 (Thursday).

6. Mode of bid delivery maybe via mail to the postal address given above or email addressed to [email protected]

7. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.

8. Proposals will be evaluated by a technical committee of MNU. Marks will be given to proposals according to the criteria specified below. Marks for experience will be based on the portfolio and the supporting documents submitted along with the proposal.

Specific experience relevant to the TOR 20%
Adequacy of the proposed methodology in the technical proposal 40%
Financial proposal 30%
