Supply of Cable  

Fenaka Corporation Limited requests quotation from interested local and foreign companies for Supply of power cable as per Information sheet attached herewith.

• A compulsory pre-bid information session will be held on 23^rd  October 2019, Wednesday,13:00hrs at Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^thFloor, Ports Complex Building)
  • All bids shall be accompanied with a bid security of USD 5,000.00 (Five Thousand US Dollars Only). Bid Security shall be:
    • Valid for twenty (20) days beyond the validity of the bid.(Quotation)
    • Bank guarantee letter (Original)
    • Cheque (must be bank guaranteed and stamped )
    • Insurance policy from Maldives Monetary Authority registered insurance company
    • Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidders  

• Bids shall be valid for a period of 60(sixty) days from the date of bid opening and shall be delivered to Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^th Floor, Ports Complex Building) before 28^th October 2019, Maldivian time on 13:00hrs, at which time bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend the bid opening..

Important Note:

• Bids lacking the document mentioned in information sheet section (C) will be rejected during bid opening.
• Please note that the parties who attend the pre-bid information session are eligible to participate in the tender, and late bids will be rejected
  • Also it is in FENAKA’s discretion to cancel this Bid Invitation at any time.
