1.The Ministry of higher Education now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the event management service for a project launching ceremony.

           2. Information session will be held on 29^th July 2019 10:00 hours at Ghaazee building ground floor.

 3.Bids must be delivered to the address as stated below on or before 4^th August 2019, 10:00 hours Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 4^th August 2019, 10:00 hours.
