Part Time Development officers (Priority will be given to fulltime development officers)

Educational Requirement:

• Advance Certificate in Office Management or,
• Completed of A ‘Level or,
• FAM Coaching Course or Administrative Seminar Certificate or,
• Former Player or
• Minimum 2 years of experience and track records in sports development, sports Management related work
• Fluently spoken and written both (English / Dhivehi)
• Able to manage and lead people of diverse backgrounds and different positions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good organizational, management & administrative Skills
• Proficient computer skills

Roles:

• In Charge of Atoll Football Project of respective Zones
• Focal point of zone for all the football relative matters

Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement the range of Grassroots, Women’s Football & Youth development program, competitions to engage and nurture the interest for sustainable participation in football
• Build & maintain the overall positioning and value proposition of the Atolls Football program and maintain meaningful relationships with the key stakeholders including parents and coaches of the program
• Develop & Implement the range of schools and clubs outreach initiatives and events to increase the awareness and selection for the Atoll Football Program
• Establish quality working relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including corporates, private academies and partners to expand the reach and capability of the Atoll Football Program and the overall system.
• Monitor, evaluate and oversea the whole Atoll Football Program and report Football Association Technical Department.
