މަޤާމުގެ ޝަރްޠުތައް:

މަޤާމުގެ މަސައްކަތާގުޅޭ ދާއިރާއަކުން ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ޤައުމީ ސަނަދުގެ އޮނިގަނޑު ލެވެލް 7 ގެ ސަނަދެއް ހާޞިލުކޮށްފައިވުމާއެކު ޙާފިޒު ކަމުގެ ސަނަދު ލިބިފައިވާ ފަރާތަކަށްވުން އަދި މަޤާމާ ގުޅޭ ދާއިރާއިން މަތީ ތަޢުލީމު ކިޔަވައިދިނުމުގެ ތަޖުރިބާ ލިބިފައިވުން.

 

 

މަޤާމުގެ މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތު:
  • ޓޭބަލް ކުރެވޭ ޕީރިއަޑްތަކާއި، ބަދަލުގައި ނަގަންޖެހޭ ޕީރިއަޑްތައް، ވަރކްލޯޑް ޕޮލިސީއާއި އެއްގޮތަށް ނެގުން.
  • ޓިއުޓޯރިއަލް ޕީރިއަޑްތަކާއި، އަމަލީ ކްލާސްތަކާއި، ޑެމޮންސްޓްރޭޝަންތަކާއި، ވަރކްޝޮޕްތަކާއި، ދަރިވަރުންގެ ފީލްޑް ވިޒިޓްތަކުގައި ހަރަކާތްތެރިވުން.
  • ކިޔަވައިދިނުމަށް ހަމަޖެހިފައިވާ މުޤައްރަރާއި އެއްގޮތަށް، ތަފާތު ފެންވަރުގެ ކޯސްތަކަށް ކިޔަވައިދީ، ކޯސް ނިމުނު ގޮތުގެ މައުލޫމާތު މެނޭޖްމަންޓަށް ދިނުމާއި، އެސައިންމެންޓާއި އިމްތިޙާން ކަރުދާސްތައް ހަދައި، މާކްސްތައް ތައްޔާރުކުރުން.
  • ކޮންމެ ދަރިވަރެއް ކުރިއަރާމިންވަރާއި، ހޯދާ ނަތީޖާ މޮނިޓަރކޮށް، އިސްވެރިންނަށް މަޢުލޫމާތު ދިނުން.
  • އައު މުޤައްރަރުތައް ފަރުމާކުރުމާއި، މިހާރު ބޭނުންކުރަމުންދާ މުޤައްރަރުތައް އިޞްލާޙުކުރުން.
  • މާއްދާތަކުގެ އިމްތިހާން ކަރުދާސްތައް ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ މުއްދަތުގައި ތައްޔާރުކޮށް އިމްތިހާނު ދިނުމާއި، ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ މުއްދަތުގައި ޕޭޕަރުތަށް މާކުކޮށް ނިންމުން.
  • ޕާރޓްޓައިމް ލެކްޗަރާރުން ކިޔަވައިދެއްވާ މާއްދާތަކުގެ އިމްތިހާނު ދިނުމާއި، ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ މުއްދަތުގައި އިމްތިހާނު ކަރުދާސް މާކުކޮށް ނިންމުން.
  • ކިޔަވައިދޭ މާއްދާތަކުގެ ފެންވަރު މަތިކުރެވޭނެ ގޮތްތައް ވިސްނައި، އެކަމަށް މަސައްކަތް ކުރުން.
  • ފަންނީ މުވައްޒަފުންގެ ބައްދަލުވުން ތަކުގައްޔާއި، މާއްދާތަކުގެ ޕެނަލްތަކުގައި ބައިވެރިވެ ހަވާލުކުރެވޭ މަސައްކަތްތައް ފުރިހަމައަށް ކުރުމާއި، އަލަށް ބައިވެރިވާ މުވައްޒަފުންގެ ޢިލްމާއި ހުނަރު ތަރައްޤީ ކުރުމަށް ޔުނިވަރސިޓީއަށް އެހީތެރިވެދިނުން.
  • އިލްމީ ދިރާސާތައް ކުރުމާއި، ދިރާސާތައް ޝާއިޢު ކުރުމުގައި ކުއްލިއްޔާތަކުގެ މުވައްޒަފުންނާ އެކު މަސައްކަތް ކުރުން.
  • އަންޑަރ ގްރެޖުއޭޓް ދަރިވަރުން ސުޕަރވައިޒް ކުރުން.

Educational requirement:

Achievement of a Bachelor’s Degree (Level 7) qualification in a related field AND completion of Certificate in Quran memorization

 

 

Responsibilities:
  • To teach in regular classes and replacement classes, in accordance with the Workload Policy of the university.
  • To mark and grade all course work, assignment and examination papers.
  • To implement demonstrations, workshops, physical classes, field visits, and clinical sessions.
  • To teach in accordance with the set curriculum, and provide feedback to the management on the course proceedings at the end of the semester.
  • To supervise post graduate research students.
  • Development of new curriculum and to suggest suggestions to improve the existing curriculum.
  • Prepare exam papers as required for the course modules, and to conduct all the necessary markings and assessments as needed for the papers.
  • Conduct exams for modules of the part-time lecturers, and to conduct all the necessary marking and assessments as needed for the papers.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve the standard of the current modules.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, module panels, and to implement decisions made in such meetings, and assist in developing junior staff.
  • Work closely with other members of the faculty to conduct academic research, and publish such research via the university.
  • Module coordination, and course coordination.
  • Conduct all works assigned by the faculty.
