Supply and delivery of Fiberglass Speed Boat

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ)

The Ministry of Fisheries and Agriculture/ Sustainable Fisheries Resources Development Project now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the Supply and delivery of the below item:

 01 Fiberglass Speed Boat                                    

 Information Session:

An information session will be held for interested parties on 05^th March 2018 (Monday) 11:00 am at Ministry of Fisheries and Agriculture, H. Whitewaves Moonlight Hingun.

RFQ document:

A complete set of the RFQ document in electronic format shall be available for download from Ministry of Fisheries and Agriculture website

Quotation Submission

The Quotations shall be submitted in sealed envelope and addressed as follows:

Moonlight Hingun.

Quotation Opening:

Interested parties must submit their quotations on or before  11:00 hours of 11^th March 2018 (Sunday) at Ministry of Fisheries and Agriculture , H.Whitewaves, Moonlight Hingun , where it will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend bid opening. Quotations without the RFQ document and late quotations will be rejected.

Documents needed to be submitted with the quotation:

1. If the bidder is a Company, Partnership or Local investment, a copy of Registration certificate must be submitted. If the bidder is an individual, a copy of valid national identity card must be submitted.
2. A profile of the bidder.
3. If the bidder is required to be registered at Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) for GST, a copy of GST registration issued by MIRA shall be submitted. (Ministry will ensure that the awarded party has paid all taxes due to date.)
