The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities, including the following:
Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the company.
Develop financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services and preparing growth plans.
Establish financial operational strategies by evaluating trends, establishing critical measurement, determining production, productivity, quality and customer service strategies, designing systems, accumulating resources, resolving problems and implementing change.
Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate by executive management.
Coordinate the development and monitoring of Budget
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact variances.
Develop financial plan and forecasts of the company.
Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
Ensure that effective internal controls and in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules.
