INVITATION FOR BIDS

Consultancy Services for expert assurance of the new Credit Information System

1. The Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA) is seeking consultancy services for expert assurance of the new Credit Information System.

2. Eligibility of Bidders: A bidder may be a natural person, a private entity, a government-owned entity, partnership or any combination of them in the form of a joint venture, under an existing agreement or with the intent to constitute a legally enforceable joint venture. All partners shall be jointly and severally liable for the execution of the Contract in accordance with the Contract terms.

3. Bidders requiring any further clarification of the Bidding Documents, shall email their queries to [email protected] before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 01 November 2026. The response to clarifications will be available on MMA Website: mma.gov.mv by 1500 hours (Maldives Time) 01 November 2026.

4. All bid documents except Bid Submission Form 5.1 and Financial Proposal Form 5.4 must be emailed before 0900 hours (Maldives Time) of 08 November 2026.

5. For the submission of Bid Submission Form 5.1 and Financial Proposal Form 5.4, MS Teams meeting link for 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 08 November 2026 will be shared with the applicants that submit proposals by the deadline on clause 4 of this Invitation.

6. Bid documents received later than 0900 hours (Maldives Time) of 08 November 2026 will not be accepted.
