Supply of a 100 m³/day Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Desalination Plant

Maldives Port Development Pvt Ltd (MPD) invites interested and eligible parties to submit proposals for the supply, testing, and delivery of a complete Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) desalination plant as a temporary water-supply solution for the Thilafushi Port Development site. To meet this urgent operational requirement, the proposed system may be either new or used, provided that it is fully functional and complies with the specified technical and performance requirements.

Key requirements:

• Capacity of at least 100 m³/day of potable water, with continuous automatic operation 24 hours a day
• A factory-assembled, skid-mounted system complete with pretreatment, the RO system, post-treatment, a CIP system, chemical dosing, and PLC/HMI controls
• Product water that meets WHO and local drinking water standards, with TDS no higher than 500 mg/L
• Materials suitable for marine and tropical conditions
• FAT, SAT, commissioning, and performance testing

Evaluation Criteria:

Each proposal must include a completed technical compliance statement, the proposed delivery and implementation schedule, arrangements, and documentary evidence of the bidder’s relevant experience.

All prices must be stated clearly in the proposal, together with the applicable currency, taxes, duties, freight, installation, commissioning, testing, training, and any other charges. Any exclusions or assumptions must be identified separately.
