1. Introduction

Male’ Water and Sewerage Company Limited (MWSC), a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) with total assets of MVR 3.5 billion and operations spanning water production, distribution, wastewater management, power, manufacturing, engineering, and trading activities across the Greater Male' Area (GMA) and outer islands, seeks to perform a comprehensive physical verification and tagging of MWSC’s fixed assets.

MWSC invites qualified parties to support MWSC in the performance of physical verification and tagging of its Fixed Assets.

Interested parties are requested to review the attached Scope of Work and Requirements document and to follow the schedule below to complete the registration process and proposal submission process

2. Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Interested and qualified vendors wishing to undertake this project shall meet the following requirements and submit the relevant supporting documents:

• The vendor shall furnish a bid security in the amount of MVR 5,000/-
• Business Registration Certificate at Economic Ministry
• GST Registration Certificate
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report - Valid tax clearance certificate issued within 6 months prior to the bid submission deadline
• Company Business Information Sheet (Economic Ministry), Generated within 1 month of the Bid submission deadline
• List of similar projects successfully completed within the last five (5) years, including client references and contact details.
• Details of the proposed project team, including the Project Manager and key personnel, together with their qualifications and relevant experience.
• Proposed methodology and work plan outlining the approach for physical verification, reconciliation, tagging and reporting.

3. Registration Process

Interested vendors wishing to participate in this tender shall complete the registration form via the link provided below. The registration period shall commence on 29^th September 2026 and close on 04^th October 2026. Tender documents will be emailed to registered participants on 05^th October 2026 to the email address provided in the registration form.

4. Tender Schedule

The proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked ‘Private and Confidential’ and titled “Invitation for the Expression of Interest for Physical Verification and Tagging of MWSC’s fixed Assets”
