INVITATION FOR BIDS

1. The Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA) is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced IFRS consultant to provide advisory and implementation support.

2. Eligibility of Bidders: A Bidder may be a licensed audit or consultancy firm.

3. Registration Process:

    a)  Interested parties shall register for bidding by submitting the following details to    [email protected] by 1100 hours (Maldives time) of 28^th September 2026 (Monday).

         • Name of the Entity

         • Contact Personnel and details

         • Designation

         • Email address

         • Contact No

    b) The RFP with relevant bidding documents shall be shared with the registered parties, after the registration deadline.

4. Bidders requiring any further clarification of the Bidding Documents, shall email their queries to [email protected] before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 01 October 2026. The response to clarifications shall be provided by MMA on or before 1500 hours (Maldives Time) 01 October 2026.

5. All bid documents except Bid Submission Form 5.1 and Financial Proposal Form 5.4 must be emailed before 0900 hours (Maldives Time) of 05 October 2026.

6. The recommended time for submission of Bid Submission Form 5.1 and Financial Proposal Form 5.4 is between 1015 hours to 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 05 October 2026 in the MS Teams meeting. MS Teams meeting link will be shared with the applicants that submit proposals by the deadline.

7. Bid documents received later than 0900 hours (Maldives Time) of 05 October 2026 will not be accepted.
